[Remote] Logistics Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for scheduling weekly outbound truck lanes, coordinating with operations for timely departures, and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly scheduling of outbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to make our delivery SLAs
• Work closely with our carrier and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Driving performance through holding partners accountable by using data and KPIs to show areas needing improvement
• Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, damages, etc on a weekly and monthly basis
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of our deliveries from FC to customer
• Work with our operations teams to help support our growing 3PL business and ensure KPIs are hit and tracked
• Assist in managing the weekly/monthly expenses and work with AP to correct any discrepancies

Skills

• 2-3 years of professional experience (preferably in Logistics/Operations)
• Proficiency in Excel & comfort with data
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with supply chain processes
• Problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills
• A team player attitude
