- Sponsor-side and company-side private equity transactions
- Capital markets, securities, and public company work
- Fund formation and investment management
- Leveraged finance, private credit, and structured lending
- Venture capital and emerging company financings
- Cross-border and international transactions
- Corporate governance, restructurings, and recapitalizations
