[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AirOps is the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for the AI era, currently experiencing hyper-growth. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build and close a pipeline of six-figure enterprise deals from prospecting through signature
- Develop trusted relationships with marketing, growth, and content leaders at Fortune 1000 companies
- Run complex sales cycles across marketing, IT, legal, and procurement
- Bring structured signal from the field back to product and GTM
- Codify what works - messaging, discovery frameworks, objection handling - into repeatable assets the next hire can use
Skills
- 5+ years selling into large organizations
- History of closing $100k+ ACV deals
- Experience navigating procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder approval processes
- Managed 6-to-12-month sales cycles
- Built multi-threaded relationships inside accounts
- Closed deals that required building a business case from scratch
- Sold a product that required education before it could be evaluated
- Ability to create urgency in a market where budget isn't pre-allocated
- Ability to run a rigorous discovery
- Ability to diagnose a prospect's actual problem
- Ability to build a proposal that maps directly to their business outcomes
- Operational discipline to manage pipeline with accuracy
- Ability to forecast with honesty
- Ability to build process where none exists
