[Remote] NetSuite OpenAir Functional Consultant

They are seeking an experienced NetSuite OpenAir Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle NetSuite OpenAir solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite OpenAir implementation projects
• Gather and document business requirements related to Professional Services Automation (PSA), project management, resource management, timesheets, expense management, and project accounting
• Configure and customize OpenAir modules to meet business requirements
• Conduct solution design workshops and recommend best practices
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation
• Collaborate with NetSuite technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities
• Configure workflows, approval processes, project templates, billing rules, and reporting dashboards
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production deployment
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Ensure alignment between OpenAir, NetSuite ERP, CRM, and third-party applications

Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite OpenAir
• Strong understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) processes
• Hands-on experience with: Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Expense Management, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Billing & Invoicing, Utilization Tracking
• Experience conducting requirement gathering and solution design workshops
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and system testing
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Experience integrating OpenAir with NetSuite ERP and other enterprise applications
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Experience with financial services, consulting, SaaS, or professional services organizations
• Oracle NetSuite/OpenAir certifications preferred
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
