You will collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to review, negotiate, and analyze contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk management in a dynamic, application-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk
• Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications
• Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise
