[Remote] Senior Account Executive - South
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wiers Fleet Partners is a rapidly growing, family-owned company specializing in fleet maintenance and repair solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell a proprietary fleet maintenance program to national private fleets, focusing on new customer acquisition and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales process to close new business
- Utilize your 10+ years of expertise sales skills to build and sustain impactful relationships with clients, from executive decision-makers to local supervisors
- Apply your organizational navigation skills to interact across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and developing effective solutions
- Foster enduring, partnership-based business relationships that transcend transactional dealings
- Leverage your technical skills and industry knowledge to tailor solutions that meet diverse client needs
- Be supported by a Customer Success team for post-sale implementation, ongoing support, and retention activities
- Own the entire sales cycle from start to finish
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of expertise in sales skills
- Extensive experience in sales within the commercial truck leasing, fleet service, or fleet management industries
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Exceptional skills in managing complex organizational dynamics and aligning multiple teams
- Demonstrated success in nurturing long-term business partnerships
- Strong technical skills and the ability to address intricate client requirements
- Appetite for regional travel one to three weeks of the month

- Reside in the metro area of the preferred locations (Atlanta, Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, Nashville)
