[Remote] Content Writer / Copywriter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pavago is seeking a Content Writer / Copywriter to create high-quality, engaging content that informs and converts. The role involves producing various types of written materials while ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages
• Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, and sales collateral
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone
• Research keywords and incorporate SEO best practices into writing
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize for search intent and ranking
• Update existing content to maintain freshness and relevance
• Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends
• Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for thought leadership content
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy
• Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, plagiarism-free, and error-free
• Maintain content calendars and deliver work on time
• Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaigns
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into revisions while maintaining brand integrity
• Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings

Skills

• 2+ years professional writing or copywriting experience
• Portfolio of content across multiple formats (blogs, web copy, ads, collateral)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Strong research and editing skills
• Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services
• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope)
• Experience writing conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, email sequences)
• Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot)
