[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive agile project management and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives, focusing on managing non-waterfall projects and providing operational planning and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the responsible development and implementation of assigned projects while managing operational, administrative, and human resources functions
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure mission alignment
- Conducting regular project meetings and maintaining responsibility for comprehensive project tracking and analytical reporting
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and performing rigorous reviews of all project deliverables
- Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking vendor deliverables to ensure contract compliance and technical accuracy
- Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team while serving as the principal point of liaison with external constituencies
- Recommending and taking decisive action to direct the analysis and solutions of complex problems as they arise
- Providing day-to-day technical and professional leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise to maintain project momentum
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a related professional discipline
- Experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity within an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience managing non-waterfall projects and implementing agile methodologies
- Proven ability to develop detailed project documentation, including resource plans and schedules
- Experience leading technical teams and managing vendor integrations for multifaceted projects
- An active Secret clearance is required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
- Experience with the Sponsor's primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred
