[Remote] Account Executive, Broker and Forwarder Solutions

Descartes Systems Group is a leading logistics and supply chain technology company that helps businesses enhance productivity and respond to market changes through innovative solutions. They are seeking an Account Executive focused on the Brokerage and Forwarding market to manage the full sales cycle, engage with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth for Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker accounts
- Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach
- Own the full sales process, from prospecting to deal close
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value
- Communicate how Descartes' SaaS solutions solve key operational and business challenges
Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain services
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and virtual environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in international logistics, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding (a plus)
