[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pomeroy is seeking a Business Product Manager for a 6-month renewable contract role focused on digital solutions. The manager will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of the company's digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business workflows and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of company's digital ecosystem, including the website, Digital Storefront, and connected digital platforms
• Leverage technical and business expertise to translate business vision into actionable digital solutions by assessing current state, defining future state business processes and needs, developing the business case, and submitting scope requests to our product team
• Act as a business owner and strategic driver of the digital portfolio, informing product roadmaps, setting priorities, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless integration across the company's digital environment
• Own the business process mapping that ensures technology solutions align with business workflows, customer experience goals, and measurable outcomes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform strategy
• Strong experience leading enterprise-level digital initiatives involving websites, customer portals, or e-commerce platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions through structured Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, Stories)
• Proven success driving cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and creative teams
• MBA
