[Remote] ERP Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kalpa Inc. is a company focused on ERP services and software solutions, seeking a driven ERP Services & Software Sales Representative. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building long-term partnerships and generating revenue across North America.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and regions
- Execute strategic outreach through networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct in-depth account research to understand business needs and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Develop relationships within partner networks to expand market presence
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and operational gaps
- Position ERP services and software solutions aligned to measurable business outcomes
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to executive stakeholders
- Navigate complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Track activity, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
- Own and deliver against individual sales targets and quotas
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Address objections while maintaining long-term relationship value
- Close deals efficiently while protecting margins and client experience
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain executive relationships post-sale to support retention and growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and client needs
- Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner engagement
Skills
- 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle B2B ERP sales (services and/or software)
- Experience selling into North American markets
- Background in IT consulting and/or ERP ecosystems, experience in the Netsuite and Acumatica ecosystem
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect solutions to client outcomes
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex deals
- Highly organized and data-driven, with CRM and pipeline management experience
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and partner events
