[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist Custom Rental Exhibit

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Custom Rental Exhibits to support their North American Exhibitions business unit. The role involves qualifying leads, generating proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Screen and qualify leads to grow the pipeline
  • Generate customer rental exhibits initial and final proposals
  • Manage a large volume of prospecting by telephone, email, and respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound campaigns
  • Nurture prospective customers along the buyer’s journey further qualifying the opportunity to the highest quality to hand off to an account manager
  • Be comfortable with engaging customers at all levels of an organization, including high-level decision makers
  • Ability to educate customers on products offerings
  • Build strong relationships with the design team and account managers to build custom rental exhibit proposals in a timely manner for customer approval
  • Ability to quickly learn products offerings and ability to communicate key aspects of those products to the customers as well as the ability to quickly adjust options to address unique customer requirements
  • Support growth initiatives with research projects and other tasks in partnership with the sales teams and account managers
  • Leverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers
  • Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems such as Salesforce and Oracle
  • Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers

Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in sales, lead generation or customer-facing role that is driven by quotas and/or sales goals
  • ‘Hunter' mentality and willingness to be proactive towards reaching goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or other related field or equivalent experience
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter
  • Excellent prospecting, discovery, and nurturing skills
  • Must be able to learn product line and verbally describe to clients without the use of industry jargon
  • Direct experience or capacity to learn a CRM application(s), such as Salesforce.com. or other sales database
  • Excellent in creating professional sale proposals in programs such as MS PowerPoint
  • Display the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products and services to existing customers and prospects
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills to provide first class customer service experience
