[Remote] Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant Remote Oracle Corp
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation. This role requires collaboration with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation partners, and technical teams
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and P2P
- Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design workshops
- Configure Oracle Financials modules aligned with business needs and best practices
- Lead and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with functional requirements
- Support production cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Work with technical teams on FBDI templates and data load processes
- Provide functional input for integrations with external systems such as tax engines and banking platforms
- Support reporting requirements using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Collaborate with technical teams on API and integration validation
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials
- Minimum 2 3 Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles including journals, P&L, and balance sheet
- Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including testing and cutover
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS/FAH)
- Exposure to integrations using OIC or web services
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Background in finance or accounting is a plus
