[Remote] Private Equity Associate

They are seeking a Private Equity Associate to build relationships with accredited investors, providing them access to exclusive pre-IPO investment opportunities and managing these relationships for long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Partner to Elite Investors
• Build meaningful relationships with accredited investors across the U.S
• Consult with investors to understand their portfolio goals and risk appetites
• Serve as their insider connection to the private markets — delivering exclusive pre-IPO opportunities before they hit the mainstream
• Identify opportunities to align investor interests with upcoming private offerings
• Actively manage investor relationships to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from first call to closed deal
• To put it simply = Drive deal flow and overall market momentum

Skills

• FINRA registration = Series 7, 63 REQUIRED
• Live and work permanently in the United States
