[Remote] Early Careers Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BJAK is building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users, and they are seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. This hands-on role will involve sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records while providing a learning opportunity for someone early in their career.
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support
- Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
- Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
- Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required
