- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Conduct discovery calls and present Desort's recruitment solutions
- Expand Desort's presence in high-demand markets nationwide
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to facilitate successful placements
- Track activity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence
