[Remote] SAP concur Functional consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Purview Infotech LLC is seeking an SAP Concur Functional Consultant to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Concur Travel & Expense solutions. The role involves configuring and supporting SAP Concur modules, managing integrations with ERP/HR systems, and collaborating with various teams to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Concur Travel & Expense solutions
• Configure and support SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice)
• Design workflows, approval processes, audit rules, and expense policies
• Manage integrations between SAP Concur and ERP/HR systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Support corporate card programs, expense reimbursements, and compliance requirements
• Perform testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams to improve business processes
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials
• Ensure policy compliance, audit readiness, and system optimization
