[Remote] Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist

The Building People is seeking a Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist to assist with event logistics for a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents, coordinating briefings, and managing meeting logistics in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event logistics for a federal agency
- Prepare quality documents, reports and slides
- Coordinate briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
- Prepare, edit and finalize correspondence, documents and briefings using Microsoft Office
- Manage document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
- Manage time and events effectively
Skills
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in providing logistical support
- Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
- Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
- Must have experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
- Ability to manage time and events effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience with events or meeting logistics support preferred
