[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Employee Benefits

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality client service while fostering relationships and supporting business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Independently managing accounts of increasing complexity
- Growing revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional business opportunity via cross-selling & up-selling
- Driving Client Service Cycle (Strategy, Renewals, Open Enrollment)
- Acts as the client lead, driving strategy
- Financial management of client accounts, presenting annual projections, renewals and discussing contribution strategies
- Delivering high quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and achieving operational productivity and performance metrics consistently
- Ability to manage internal team to ensure timely execution of quality client deliverables
- Growing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts successfully
- Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care
- Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects, and securing existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services
- Supporting the business priorities of Branch Managers
- May offer training, development, and/or supervision to lower-level staff
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Appropriate Life and Health licensing is required
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing large market client relationships
- Solid financial acumen
- Must be available to travel up to 35% of the time
