[Remote] Senior Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Katalys is a performance marketing technology company specializing in the telehealth and health/wellness space. The Senior Account Manager will manage strategic accounts, ensuring successful revenue generation and providing fully managed services to clients within the network.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications, performance reviews, and escalations
- Own account health throughout the entirety of the client lifecycle: onboarding, growth, and issue management
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and compliance requirements
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Proactively monitor performance across your portfolio, identifying anomalies or opportunities to the client and internal teams
- Triage tracking, payout, and integration issues in coordination with our technical and affiliate teams
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and Katalys platform
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in affiliate, performance, or digital media
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, attribution, and publisher/advertiser networks dynamics
- Ability to navigate complex environments and adapt to various cross-functional teams, working styles and personalities
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Solution oriented problem solver who can think creatively yet critically to support and develop their portfolio
- Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level client interaction
- Data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and translate them into action
- Organized and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through on commitments
- Proficient with G Suite; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM a plus
- Problem-solving orientation, particularly around technical or operational issues
- Awareness of compliance considerations in health/wellness marketing (FTC guidelines, platform policies) is a plus
- Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Chat GPT
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered
