[Remote] Head of FP&A & Strategic Finance

The role involves partnering with the leadership team to drive financial planning and analysis, building financial models, and managing investor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Build and maintain robust financial models, including rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and cash flow projections aligned with long-term strategic goals
- Utilize financial and operational data to develop analyses (e.g., pricing scenarios, customer profitability, payback, ROI) that enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate KPIs into actionable financial targets and performance metrics
- Analyze and report on key financial indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage investor reporting, fundraising materials, and board presentation preparation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking
- Proven ability to distill complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in GSuite
- Knowledge of Tableau for reporting and analytics
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
