[Remote] Executive Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCT Healthcare Transformation is seeking an Executive Recruiter to enhance the recruitment process and establish connections between candidates and clients. The role involves evaluating recruitment channels, monitoring recruitment data, and introducing process enhancements to improve effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, referencing, profile, and submit executive candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines for designated healthcare service lines
- Conduct resume mining on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant websites
- Negotiate salary, close deals, & verify start dates
- Refers candidates to other positions or divisions as appropriate
- Ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and optimize job ad placements across appropriate channels
- Prepare candidate profiles for clients and hiring authorities
- Develop candidates from various sources, including website submissions and referrals
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve common goals
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Proven expertise in successful recruiting strategies and principles
- Goal-oriented and motivated by both commission and company growth
- 2-5 years of prior experience in healthcare recruiting (interim leadership, physician locum tenens, nurse staffing)
- Professional demeanor with comfort in communicating with C-suite individuals
- Experience recruiting healthcare executives required
- Experience with recruiting CRM
- Proficiency in the Outlook Online Suite
- Candidates are required to provide a reliable internet connection, phone service, and establish a dedicated, professional, and quiet workspace within their residence
- Bachelor's degree preferred
