[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist (Biotech/Rare Disease)

Talent Groups is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in managing paid social media campaigns within the biotech and healthcare industries. The role involves developing social media strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting disease awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and paid campaigns
- Manage social media content, publishing, engagement, and moderation
- Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance
- Utilize Veeva and participate in MLR review processes
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
- Support disease awareness and patient-focused initiatives
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or rare disease marketing
- Proven experience launching and managing paid social media campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Veeva and MLR review processes
- Strong understanding of social media compliance in regulated industries
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
- Rare disease marketing experience
- Experience with patient advocacy and awareness campaigns
