[Remote] Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Filo Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to partner with mortgage brokers for loan placements. This role involves developing new broker relationships and expanding existing accounts while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional ethics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and sign on qualified third-party originator/broker accounts
- Conduct sales calls with prospective accounts to determine strategic fit and opportunity
- Provide training to third-party originators including how to price and register loans, review of products and guidelines and current procedures
- Provide support and service to accounts and their staff
- Serve as a liaison between accounts and operations teams
- Work with management and internal team to maintain professional and respectful partnerships with accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starting, self-reliant, highly motivated, and dependable
- Efficient in time-management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving ability and the resolve to overcome sales obstacles
- Experienced in Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR and Non-QM loans
- High school diploma required
- Recent Wholesale Account Executive experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of mortgage industry experience required
- College degree preferred
