[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is supporting the No Surprises Help Desk operated by CMS to protect consumers from unexpected medical bills. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, assist customers with billing questions, and ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Handling English and Spanish inbound calls via a cloud-based telephony solution
- Answering general questions regarding billing protections, helping customers file complaints, and providing status updates on existing complaints
- Identifying the reason for calls, addressing customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, and maintaining professional telephone etiquette
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish and English
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., and must have been a U.S. resident for at least 3 years within the last 5 years
- Experience with insurance billing or Medicare/Medicaid is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpretive skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
