[Remote] SAP BPC Consolidation Consultant (S/4HANA Finance) - W2 Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saransh Inc is seeking a Techno-Functional SAP Consultant with strong experience in SAP BPC Consolidation and SAP S/4HANA Finance. The role focuses on end-to-end financial consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy and supporting financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support BPC consolidation models, business rules, and ownership structures
• Implement Intercompany elimination rules
• Consolidation of investments
• Activity-based and sub-consolidation
• Multi-currency consolidation & restatement
• Define FS item mapping, consolidation units, and elimination methods/validations
• Design and maintain reporting rules and analytical queries (GRDC)
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance data into BPC and resolve data issues
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and error handling
• Develop reports/templates using AFO/Fiori
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Support testing, enhancements, and ongoing production support

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance (GL, controlling, integration)

• Demonstrate deep hands on expertise in SAP BPC Consolidation including configuration of models, business rules, ownership structures, and complex consolidation logic for large enterprises
• Apply strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA Finance including general ledger, controlling, and integration points to design reliable end to end financial reporting solutions
• Utilize at least eight years of progressive experience in financial planning, consolidation, or reporting roles to solve complex business problems in a structured and pragmatic manner
• Communicate effectively with finance and technology stakeholders using clear and inclusive language to capture requirements, explain solutions, and support informed decisions
• Manage multiple parallel deliverables in a hybrid work environment by organizing tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining high quality output with minimal supervision
• Adapt quickly to changing financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policy updates by updating system configurations and process documentation as needed
• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to investigate data inconsistencies, identify root causes, and implement lasting corrections in SAP BPC and SAP S4HANA Finance
• SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation or SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S4HANA Finance
