Responsibilities
- Perform QuickBooks Online clean-ups
- Handle full month-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support ongoing bookkeeping operations
- Improve accounting workflows and processes
Skills
- U.S.-based (W-9 required)
- 4+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Proven QBO clean-up and month-end close experience
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Available 30 hours/week
- Construction industry experience is a strong plus
