[Remote] District Sales Manager

Polyglass USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of roofing solutions, and they are seeking a driven District Sales Manager to join their sales team. This role involves promoting and selling roofing products within the West Texas region, building strong partnerships with various stakeholders, and executing a monthly sales plan while identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain sales within an established customer base
- Meet and exceed assigned district sales targets
- Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and specifiers
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue project leads within your territory
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and partner events
- Provide product support and basic troubleshooting for customers
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and product feedback
- Maintain accurate and timely field reports and sales data
- Plan and organize your territory to maximize efficiency and results
Skills
- 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably within the building materials or related industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
