[Remote] Product Manager – Oracle RMS| Distribution Center (WMS) | Contract to hire
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Oracle ERP and Distribution Center Operations. The role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for Distribution Center ERP capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Distribution Center ERP capabilities
- Partner with Supply Chain and DC Operations teams to define product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and ERP teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment and product adoption
- Track KPIs and continuously improve product performance
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP and ERP-integrated supply chain solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting Distribution Center/Warehouse Operations
- Experience with WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of inventory, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, and warehouse workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, engineering, and operations teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environment experience
