AMC Health is seeking a Vice President, Growth Partnerships & Strategic Accounts to drive growth through strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships in the healthcare sector. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, building executive relationships, and translating market needs into business results.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with AMC Health’s growth priorities
  • Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships and channel relationships
  • Drive new business development across priority markets and growth segments
  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and influencers
  • Represent AMC Health with partners, clients, and at industry forums
  • Own executive relationships across AMC Health’s most important accounts
  • Lead executive engagements, including business reviews and strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand solutions
  • Drive revenue through expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and partnership initiatives
  • Partner with Sales leadership to advance new opportunities across accounts
  • Stay ahead of healthcare trends, reimbursement shifts, and competitive activity
  • Provide actionable insights into leadership on market opportunities
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new products and offerings

Skills

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or strategic accounts
  • Proven success in closing and growing enterprise relationships
  • Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology companies
  • Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, value-based care, and digital health
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Commercially oriented with strong financial and negotiation acumen
  • Ability to operate effectively across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
