[Remote] Applications Analyst II or III - Workday Extend

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Essentia Health is a healthcare organization that is seeking an Applications Analyst II or III specializing in Workday Extend. The role involves providing various services to apply computer technology to solve complex clinical, financial, and patient data problems, along with evaluating needs and developing new applications or programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of services designed to apply computer technology to solve highly complex clinical, financial, and patient data problems of the organization
• Responsibilities include evaluating needs; developing models, specifications and logic diagrams; customizing package programs and developing new applications/programs; implementing/installing new programs/systems; providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems
• May serve as project leader for new/modified system projects
• Provides technical advice and training to other system professionals and users

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 5 years' experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 7 years' experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
• 9 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming Related Field
• Provides a variety of services designed to apply computer technology to solve highly complex clinical, financial, and patient data problems of the organization
• Responsibilities include evaluating needs; developing models, specifications and logic diagrams; customizing package programs and developing new applications/programs; implementing/installing new programs/systems; providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems
• May serve as project leader for new/modified system projects
• Provides technical advice and training to other system professionals and users
• Experience with Workday Extend is strongly preferred
