[Remote] Digital Quality Assurance Analyst II DQA A2

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and they are seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst II to ensure the quality of digital experiences for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role involves manual and automated testing of websites, email campaigns, and interactive forms, with an emphasis on visual accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Review developed work against designs to verify visual accuracy and consistency
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for websites and interactive experiences
• Test email campaigns across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile, dark mode)
• Write and maintain automated tests for web projects
• Verify that review feedback and comments (via ProofHQ) have been addressed before delivery
• Document and communicate bugs clearly to developers
• Contribute to QA process improvements and help establish workflows

Skills

• 3+ years QA experience in a digital or web environment
• Experience with web test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing proficiency
• Email testing experience across multiple clients
• Strong attention to visual detail (spotting spacing, alignment, color, typography issues)
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding (enough to identify root causes)
• Clear written communication for bug documentation
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (automated test generation)
• Experience with visual QA or design comparison tools
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing tools
• Basic Figma navigation (inspecting styles, colors, fonts)
• Experience with review/proofing tools (ProofHQ or similar)
• Test case management tools (TestRail, Jira, etc.)
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
• Agency or fast-paced production environment background
