[Remote] Administrative Assistant - Institutional Life (Sales)

They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Institutional Life Sales Team, ensuring organizational efficiency through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and related logistics
- Maintain team calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel as requested
- Process expense reports and Gift and Entertainment reporting documentation
- Maintain conference calendars and related administrative records
- Assist with scheduling and administrative logistics for meetings and events
- Enter and update customer and contact information in Salesforce as directed
- Support data entry and record maintenance activities within Salesforce
- Maintain broker lists and contact information
- Generate standard Salesforce reports using established templates and procedures
- Format PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, and routine documents
- Provide administrative support for proposal document preparation
- Handle appointment confirmations
- Collect and organize client documentation
- Track administrative deadlines and follow-up items
- Provide general administrative support to the Institutional Life Sales Team
Skills
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize and complete assigned administrative tasks within established timelines
- Salesforce familiarity
- Experience supporting a business or sales team
- Financial services or insurance industry exposure
Benefits
- Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
- Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
- Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
