The role involves managing content creation, digital marketing, project management, and campaign execution to drive brand growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media content
- Develop content calendars and creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Create, schedule, and publish social posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials
- Coordinate photography, video production, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives
- Manage community engagement and support audience growth across channels
- Execute email marketing and SMS campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Support new menu launches, limited-time offers, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate influencer outreach, creator partnerships, and brand ambassador programs
- Update website content, landing pages, and digital assets as needed
- Assist with paid media campaign coordination and creative asset development
- Support local store marketing initiatives, grand openings, activations, and community events
- Collaborate with franchisees and internal teams to execute market-specific promotions
- Build and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project workflows
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting on key marketing metrics
- Manage marketing requests, creative deliverables, and campaign documentation
- Organize and maintain digital assets, marketing materials, and brand resources
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing channels and locations
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new marketing opportunities
- Take ownership of marketing projects from concept through execution and performance review
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, social media, communications, or a related field
- Must live in the LA Metro area
- Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, entertainment, retail, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with influencer and creator partnerships
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience updating website content and landing pages
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for building brands and creating engaging customer experiences
