Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Product Design Engineer to capture and annotate professional CAD software interfaces. The role involves documenting expert workflows through high-quality screenshots and task instructions, ensuring that all captured assets meet project guidelines and accuracy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality screenshots of professional CAD software during real-world workflows
- Annotate interactive interface elements including menus, toolbars, dialogs, panels, and buttons
- Create clear task instructions that accurately reflect expert software usage
- Document workflow interactions with consistent annotation standards
- Refine submissions based on quality review feedback during the pilot phase
- Ensure all captured assets meet project guidelines and accuracy requirements
Skills
- Professional experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Revit, Siemens NX, or similar
- Strong understanding of CAD workflows, tools, and interface navigation
- Ability to accurately annotate software UI components
- Clear written English for creating task instructions
- Access to CAD software for screenshot capture
- Ability to follow detailed capture and annotation guidelines
