[Remote] Enterprise Sales Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optimal Dynamics is a high-growth company focused on redefining logistics decisions through innovative technology. They are seeking a strategic, consultative Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and build lasting relationships with enterprise-level carriers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise-level dedicated and/or for-hire (asset-based) carriers - close the deal!
- Leverage industry experience to position Optimal Dynamics with senior leadership, drive creative deal strategies, and negotiate effectively
- Partner with Customer Success building and nurturing strong relationships across new and existing accounts
- Proactively manage key issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and account health
- Maintain accurate records of all account activity in Salesforce
- Stay current on logistics and supply chain trends, and track competitive offerings and industry innovations
- Travel up to 50% to engage with prospects face-to-face
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
- You've obtained a four year degree or have additional equivalent professional experience
- A proven track record of collaborating across sales, customer success, and product teams
- Demonstrated capability of quickly building trust with all levels of leadership-specifically with executive level decision makers
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with polished presentation abilities
- Successful working independently, remotely, and on the road getting face-to-face with prospects—this role is not office-based and requires 30-50% travel
- Tenacious: From hunting new leads through closing the deal. You showcase initiative, hustle, and self-motivation
- Experience selling to or working with For-Hire Carriers
- Experience selling in a rapidly growing startup environment
- Established industry connections in logistics, transportation & supply chain
