[Remote] Sr. Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SiTime Corporation is the precision timing company, specializing in semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions. They are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong technical background in SoC and system-level design to drive sales and build relationships with key customers in the AI, networking, and communications sectors in China.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customer design engineers, supplier management teams, and executive stakeholders to drive design wins and long-term partnerships
- Sales Execution & Account Management Lead sales activities across Southern and Eastern China, focusing on strategic accounts in the AI, networking, and communications sectors
- Technical Sales Leadership Leverage system-level design knowledge to support technical discussions, identify customer pain points, and propose SiTime solutions that align with customer architecture
- Value Chain Navigation Understand and influence the AI-related industry value chain in China, from semiconductor design to OEM deployment, ensuring SiTime’s solutions are well-positioned
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal product, marketing, and OEM sales teams to align strategies and ensure customer success
- Pipeline Development & Forecasting Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and contribute to regional growth targets
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, preferably with SoC or timing component products
- Prior experience working at US-based publicly listed companies in a sales manager or technical sales capacity
- Strong technical background in system-level design, SoC architecture, or clock/timing solutions
- Proven success in selling to multinational companies such as NVIDIA, Cisco, Ericsson, Celestica, etc
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and value chain in China
- Experience working with Fabless SoC companies and IDH in China
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
