The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, prospecting for new business opportunities, and achieving annual sales revenue goals through strategic sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with Supervisor and maintain open communication
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Achieve annual sales revenue goals through strategic sales activities
• Conduct daily customer and prospect meetings to present products, identify needs, and secure opportunities
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies to achieve revenue objectives
• Negotiate SPC agreements and other customer terms as needed
• Maintain accurate schedules, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer activity records in SharePoint
• Collaborate with Customer Facing and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
• Support peers through mentorship and the sharing of best practices and strategies
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to company values at all times
• Respond promptly to customer and team member calls, texts, and emails
• Travel as required to support customer relationships and business objective
