[Remote] Partner Growth Manager

The Partner Growth Manager will drive revenue expansion across a diverse portfolio of strategic partners, focusing on turning partnerships into scalable revenue engines.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and Net Contribution targets across assigned partners
- Build structured joint business plans
- Increase merchant activation and funded merchant volume
- Expand wallet share across existing partner portfolios
- Identify pricing and economics optimization opportunities
- Launch joint campaigns with marketing and SDR teams
- Enable partner sales teams with playbooks, training, and vertical messaging
- Run executive QBRs with partner leadership
- Tie partner performance to measurable KPIs
- Analyze funnel performance (app → approval → boarding → activation → growth)
- Work with underwriting, risk, and ops to improve approval rates
- Reduce onboarding friction
- Improve activation speed and merchant lifecycle value
- Surface partner feature gaps
- Advocate for revenue-impacting roadmap sequencing
- Ensure partners adopt new capabilities
Skills
- 5–10+ years in payments, fintech, or embedded finance
- Experience working across ISVs, PayFacs, banks/FIs, or ISO networks
- Strong understanding of acquiring economics and revenue share models
- Data-driven and fluent in pipeline and performance dashboards
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams
- Confident running executive-level QBRs
