[Remote] Senior Associate, Insurance Strategy & Operations

They are looking for a Senior Associate in Insurance Strategy & Operations to drive operational and analytical work for multiple insurance initiatives, supporting execution from concept through launch and scale.
Responsibilities
- Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots that generate insights and help shape new products and programs from zero to one
- Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance, synthesize learnings, and inform go-to-market decisions
- Support execution across a portfolio of insurance initiatives as they move from early concept through launch and scale
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness, procurement follow-through, and operational launch execution
- Help build the processes, reporting, and operating rhythm needed to support growth, including international expansion
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL to answer business questions or evaluate performance
- Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats and turn data and ambiguity into structured recommendations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing executional detail with broader business context
