[Remote] Social Media Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infinite Success Vacations is a travel services company dedicated to helping clients plan memorable travel experiences. They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator / Destination Coordinator to support travel planning, customer engagement, and promotional marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Review and analyze travel budgets to ensure cost-effective travel arrangements
- Create engaging promotional content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Monitor travel-related expenses and maintain budget compliance
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve travel-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilize social media platforms to promote travel opportunities and attract new clients
- Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook Business Suite, and other digital platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone required; laptop preferred
- Ability to attend Zoom meetings and training sessions twice weekly
- Personal travel experience is considered an asset
