[Remote] Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager : W2 Role

HARAMAIN SYSTEMS INC. is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to lead enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives. The role involves managing BI projects from planning through execution, collaborating with stakeholders across various business units, and ensuring the delivery of data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics projects
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions
• Manage cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Analysts
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools
• Coordinate data warehouse, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives
• Ensure alignment with organizational data strategy and business objectives
• Oversee BI reporting tools implementation such as dashboards and performance reports
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
• Communicate project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are followed
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience managing BI or Data Analytics projects
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience managing BI tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis concepts
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment industry
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise reporting systems
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
