The role involves engaging with C-level executives, developing strategic customer relationships, and positioning innovative solutions within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex B2B enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signature
- Engage directly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across leading industrial, automotive, and logistics organizations
- Build and develop long-term strategic customer relationships
- Position innovative robotics and automation solutions within enterprise environments
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to effectively manage and advance complex opportunities
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution approaches that address business and operational challenges
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure customer success
- Take ownership of pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth
- Combine entrepreneurial thinking with technical curiosity and a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
- Play a key role in establishing NEURA Robotics as a global leader in cognitive and humanoid robotics
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within SaaS, technology, automation, robotics, or deep-tech environments
- Proven ability to independently build and manage executive relationships with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders
- Hands-on experience applying MEDDPICC in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and achieving >100% attainment
- Strong ability to develop customer-specific business cases and value-driven commercial proposals
- Experience expanding strategic accounts beyond the initial contract through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth
- Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, resilience, and execution focus
- Passion for emerging technologies, robotics, and innovation
