Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate
- Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS)
- Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience
- At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software
- SuccessFactors experience
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing demands
