[Remote] Project Manager & Product Manager

Dice is seeking a Project Manager & Product Manager to oversee project delivery and product development within the telecom and broadband domain. The role involves managing projects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the telecom/broadband domain, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Utilize SQL, Jira, Confluence, and BI tools to track project progress, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, sales, and customer support
• Identify and address issues, risks, and blockers to ensure project success
• Drive problem-solving and structured thinking to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement

Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications/broadband domain, with a focus on technologies such as DOCSIS, fiber/PON, in-home Wi-Fi, LTE/5G
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, and BI tools
• A KPI-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Experience with software delivery methodologies such as Agile, cloud services, DevOps, and APIs
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Previous experience in project management and product development roles
