[Remote] Revenue Assurance Analyst - General Strategist Support 1

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bridgepointe Technologies, based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join their team. The role involves auditing and reconciling commission payments, resolving discrepancies, and providing support to General Strategists while maintaining service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Audit/Reconcile commission payments against booked supplier contracts
• Resolve commission discrepancies found during audit
• Follow up on commission inquiries with suppliers
• Research and resolve commission inquiries opened by Strategists
• Provide Strategist support to our General Strategist partners
• Maintain department service level agreements (SLAs)
• Liaison for Suppliers’ Channel Managers as needed
• Perform ad hoc analysis as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, including auditing and reconciling commission payments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Comfortable with the cyclical nature of finance work
• Telecommunications background preferred
• RPM Telco and Salesforce skills are a HUGE bonus
