Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and resourceful Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing UK-based home-based support team. In this role, you will serve as the voice and heart of arenaflex, connecting with customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media to provide timely, thoughtful, and personalized assistance. You will not just answer questions; you will create moments that customers remember and share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns with Empathy and Accuracy: Listen actively to understand each customer's unique situation, identify the root cause of their issue, and provide clear, effective solutions that leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Showcase Product and Service Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex’s wide range of products, services, subscription plans, streaming platforms, merchandise, and loyalty programs to confidently assist customers and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with colleagues in technical support, billing, content operations, and product development to escalate and resolve complex or recurring issues, contributing to a seamless customer journey.
  • Create Magical Moments: Go above and beyond standard procedures to personalize interactions, celebrate milestones, and turn potentially negative experiences into opportunities for delight.
  • Document and Analyze Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system, and use data insights to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay Current and Compliant: Keep up to date with new product launches, policy changes, and promotional campaigns, and ensure all interactions comply with company standards, data protection regulations, and quality guidelines.
  • Mentor and Contribute: Share best practices with peers, support new team members during onboarding, and actively participate in team meetings and continuous learning initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in communications, business, hospitality, or a related field is a welcome bonus.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a contact centre, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environment. Prior remote or work-from-home experience is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different customers and channels.
  • Technical Comfort: Tech-savvy and confident using computers, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and communication tools. Ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to support our customers whenever they need us.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a computer that meets our technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with arenaflex’s brand, content library, and customer base.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based services, streaming platforms, or digital products.
  • Multilingual skills are a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience working with cloud-based contact centre platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Genesys.
