Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice that guides travelers through the complexities of booking, modifying, and troubleshooting their trips. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations.
  • Review customer history and account details to provide personalized support.

  • Assist customers in changing travel plans, including date adjustments, destination swaps, and seat upgrades.

  • Troubleshoot travel‑related issues such as missed connections, overbooked rooms, or vehicle availability problems.
  • Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, airlines) when additional verification or coordination is required.

  • Continuously update knowledge of travel industry trends, fare rules, and destination information to provide accurate guidance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the United States and major international travel destinations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring that every reservation detail is captured correctly.
