About the Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge with arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our premium Card Members, delivering unparalleled service through live chat channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying our commitment to excellence and creating memorable experiences that foster long-term loyalty. Your role will involve assisting clients with a wide range of needs, including travel recommendations, reservation support, concierge services, lifestyle guidance, and general card-related inquiries.

Operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, you will leverage your expertise to anticipate client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build meaningful relationships. Whether you are suggesting the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, helping a client secure a hard-to-get reservation, or simply ensuring their day runs smoothly, your contribution will make a tangible difference in their experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Premium Customer Service: Provide best-in-class support to Card Members through live chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and effective.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent arenaflex with the highest level of integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
  • Anticipate Customer Needs: Use proactive listening skills to understand client preferences and recommend tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Concierge & Lifestyle Support: Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, travel, and lifestyle experiences, helping clients make the most of their membership.
  • Travel Advisory & Reservations: Provide expert travel guidance and assist with booking reservations, itineraries, and related requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with creativity and efficiency, transforming challenges into opportunities to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including food and beverage lounge partners, travel partners, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
  • Technology Proficiency: Navigate multiple platforms and systems with ease, switching between tools as needed to provide efficient support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on arenaflex products, services, and industry trends to deliver informed, accurate, and timely assistance.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our global clientele.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience serving premium or high-end customers in a hospitality, travel, or concierge setting.
  • Prior experience in the airline, airport lounge, or travel industry, including hands-on reservation experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and delight customers through chat interactions.
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism, poise, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and act decisively when unexpected situations arise.
  • Comfortable using the internet and digital tools to research and assist customers in a virtual environment.

  • Experience working in a remote customer service role, particularly in chat-based support.
