Experienced Remote Application Administration & Data Migration Specialist – Beacon-to-Link Migration Project (Entry-Level Opportunity with Bilingual English/Spanish)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-15

Join arenaflex and Help Power a Transformative Migration Initiative

Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional typing accuracy, polished communication skills, and a passion for supporting end users through meaningful technology transitions? arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Application Administration & Data Migration Specialist to join our dynamic, fully remote support team for an exciting three-month engagement supporting a major Beacon-to-Link migration project.

This is more than just a data entry role — it is your opportunity to step into the heart of a high-impact business transformation that touches the lives of healthcare professionals, patients, and clinical teams across the country. Working alongside a talented four-person development team, you will play a critical role in manually building organizations, accounts, and users within the Link platform, ensuring that thousands of end users experience a seamless transition with zero disruption to their mission-critical workflows.

If you are a fast and accurate typist, fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel, and energized by customer-facing problem solving, arenaflex wants to hear from you. This entry-level position is an ideal launchpad for anyone looking to break into application administration, help desk support, or technical onboarding roles within a forward-thinking organization.

About the Beacon-to-Link Migration Project

Our client is moving thousands of healthcare organizations and their associated users from a legacy platform (Beacon) onto a modern, streamlined application (Link). While a portion of this migration can be completed programmatically by the development team, a significant volume of organizations and user records must be built manually due to data complexity, custom configurations, and validation requirements.

As a key contributor to this project, you will work in close collaboration with the development team and division support leads to ensure that every organization and user is accurately provisioned, that credentials are set up properly, and that end users experience a smooth onboarding journey. Your attention to detail will directly impact client satisfaction, patient care continuity, and the overall success of the migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually create and configure organizations, accounts, and user profiles within the Link application based on detailed migration specifications.
  • Type large volumes of data accurately and efficiently, maintaining a sustained speed of greater than 40 words per minute with minimal errors.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end users — including doctors, nurses, and clinical office staff — to gather information, confirm credentials, and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly, solution-oriented support throughout the working day.
  • Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and account configurations thoroughly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Triage incoming help desk requests, escalating complex issues to the appropriate tier 2 or tier 3 support resources when needed.
  • Collaborate with the four-person development team to identify patterns, provide feedback on migration tooling, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain strict data integrity and confidentiality standards in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules, ensuring consistent coverage for the assigned division.

Shift Schedule and Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a national migration effort. To support our client’s divisions across multiple time zones, you will be assigned to one of the following shift patterns, all in Eastern Standard Time (EST):

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

You will need a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for taking video calls and managing sensitive client information. Please note that this role is part of a project that may be subject to a drug test requirement, and candidates must be prepared to comply.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent typing skills with demonstrated speed of 40+ words per minute and exceptional accuracy.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — candidates must demonstrate the ability to work seamlessly in both languages, as approximately one in four positions on this team requires bilingual capability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a 3-minute IKM typing assessment as part of the hiring process.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Tier 1 help desk experience, including triaging and resolving customer issues.
  • Familiarity with application administration, user provisioning, or account management workflows.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology.
  • Comfort with learning new software platforms quickly and adapting to evolving procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills and Competencies for Success

To thrive in this role at arenaflex, you will draw on a balanced blend of technical, linguistic, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • Speed and precision — you can type quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and you take pride in clean, error-free data entry.
  • Linguistic agility — you are equally comfortable writing a professional email in English or assisting a Spanish-speaking clinician in their preferred language.
  • Customer empathy — you understand that behind every account is a busy professional serving patients, and you treat each interaction with patience and care.
  • Problem-solving mindset — you don’t just escalate issues; you think through solutions, consult documentation, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Adaptability — migration projects evolve quickly, and you are comfortable adjusting to new tools, scripts, and processes on the fly.
  • Team collaboration — you communicate proactively with developers, division leads, and fellow specialists to keep the migration on track.

Career Growth and Learning Opportunities

This is an entry-level position designed to be a gateway into the world of application administration, technical support, and healthcare technology. While the initial engagement is structured for a three-month duration, exceptional performers often find opportunities to extend their tenure, transition into permanent roles, or move laterally into related functions such as quality assurance, project coordination, or tier 2 support.

At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our people. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-scale migration projects, develop a deep understanding of user lifecycle management, and sharpen your customer-facing communication skills in two languages. For motivated individuals, this role can serve as a powerful stepping stone toward a long-term career in IT support, software implementation, or technical account management.

Why This Role Matters

The work you do at arenaflex will directly influence the experience of healthcare providers and, ultimately, the patients they serve. By ensuring that organizations and users are migrated accurately and efficiently, you will help minimize downtime at medical offices, prevent disruptions to lab result delivery, and support a smoother transition for clinicians who are already stretched thin. Your accuracy and professionalism will translate into real-world impact — fewer errors, faster onboarding, and a stronger foundation for the next generation of healthcare technology.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

While specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process, arenaflex is committed to offering a competitive hourly or project-based rate that reflects your skills, bilingual capabilities, and the value you bring to the team. Additional benefits and perks of joining arenaflex include:

  • Fully remote work — no daily commute, and the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
  • Structured shift options — choose a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle.
  • Hands-on training and onboarding — get up to speed with the Link platform, migration tools, and client expectations.
  • Supportive team culture — collaborate with a tight-knit development team that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Resume-building experience — work on a high-visibility enterprise migration project that will strengthen your professional portfolio.
  • Potential for extension or conversion — high-performing contractors are often considered for ongoing opportunities within arenaflex or our client’s organization.

Our Hiring Process

We have designed a streamlined, candidate-friendly hiring process to get you started quickly. Qualified applicants will participate in a single 30-minute video interview conducted by our talent acquisition partner, Alfonso. During this conversation, we will review your background, discuss your typing proficiency, confirm your bilingual capabilities, and answer any questions you have about the role, the project, and the team.

As part of the application process, you will also complete a brief 3-minute IKM typing assessment to verify your speed and accuracy. Candidates who pass the assessment and successfully complete the interview will move forward to onboarding.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you are a fast, accurate typist with bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, a passion for customer service, and the discipline to thrive in a fully remote environment, arenaflex invites you to apply today. This is your chance to contribute to a meaningful migration project, build valuable enterprise experience, and take the next step in your professional journey — all from the comfort of your home office.
